  • Misrepresent themselves as official representatives without authorization.
  • Participate in illegal or unethical activities while volunteering.

5. Attendance and Commitment

Volunteers are encouraged to fulfill their commitments and notify coordinators in advance if they are unable to attend scheduled activities.

6. Health and Safety

Jan Seva NGO is committed to providing a safe environment for volunteers. Volunteers must:

  • Follow all safety instructions.
  • Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Participate responsibly in all activities.

7. Use of Photos and Media

During volunteer activities, photographs or videos may be taken for awareness, reporting, and promotional purposes. By participating, volunteers may consent to the use of such media unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Volunteers may have access to sensitive information regarding beneficiaries, donors, or organizational operations. Such information must remain confidential and should not be shared without authorization.

9. Termination of Volunteer Service

Jan Seva NGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate volunteer participation if policies are violated or if behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the organization or its beneficiaries.

10. Liability

Volunteers participate at their own discretion and agree to follow all guidelines and instructions. Jan Seva NGO shall not be held responsible for losses or damages arising from unauthorized actions by volunteers.
